Terms & Conditions
1. SERVICES:
The services provided by Gioma Atelier (the "Service Provider") encompass creative and strategic consulting, graphic design project execution, branding and related activities.
2. CONTRACT TERMS:
Engagement with Gioma Atelier involves adherence to specific contract terms. The initial contract term is typically 3 months, and thereafter, it automatically renews for successive 6-month periods unless otherwise terminated. Termination requires a written notice of 30 days.
3. PAYMENT TERMS:
Payments for services are due on the first day of each month. Invoices will be sent at least 5 days prior to the due date.
4. CLIENT INTERACTION:
Client interaction is designated to specific days, during which the Service Provider is available for questions, emails, or activities relevant to the project. These interactions are vital for project coherence and success.
5. UNUSED TIME OR DESIGN:
Any unused hours or design elements, where applicable, do not accumulate or carry over to the subsequent period.
6. RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Service Provider holds the responsibility to provide the agreed-upon services. The Client is responsible for timely payments and providing necessary information crucial for successful service execution.
7. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
By engaging in services provided by Gioma Atelier, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined in the respective agreement and these general Terms & Conditions.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
In the event of disputes arising from this engagement, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve issues amicably. If resolution cannot be achieved through negotiation, mediation or arbitration will be pursued before litigation.
9. MODIFICATIONS:
Gioma Atelier reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued engagement implies acceptance of the modified terms.
